Final Sale & Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases made through migoomigoo.com are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, personal preference, an accidental or duplicate order, failure to review product details, or a price change after purchase.

Final sale items

For hygiene, safety, collectibility, and product-integrity reasons, the following items are always final sale: skincare, cosmetics, personal-care products, earrings, hair and beauty accessories, face tools, food and perishable goods, blind boxes, mystery items, collectibles with opened packaging, gift cards, custom products, and sale or clearance items.

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, email admin@migoomigoo.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label. Keep the item and all packaging until we complete our review.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include a repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. If the issue was caused by our error, the resolution will be provided at no additional shipping cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or rerouted.

Shipping charges and approved refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the issue was caused by our error. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at admin@migoomigoo.com.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law. These rights may include remedies for goods that are defective, unsafe, misdescribed, incorrect, late, or not delivered, as well as qualifying cancellations of distance contracts.
