Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order confirmation email is received.

Shipping within Canada

Available shipping methods, charges and any free-shipping eligibility are calculated from the items in your cart, your order value and your delivery address. The current options and total shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays, weather or other delays outside MiGoo MiGoo’s control. Tracking details will be sent when they are available for your shipment.

Store pickup

If pickup is available for your order, the eligible location and instructions will be shown at checkout. Please wait for a pickup-ready notification before visiting the store.

International shipping

International destinations and rates available for your order will be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees when they reach the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected or paid by MiGoo MiGoo unless checkout states otherwise.
